More Ways To Celebrate Canada’s 150

Sir John A. Mcdonald – The Musical is another of the official events of Ottawa 2017 celebrating the 150th anniversary of Confederation and Canada.

Written by Canada’s most prolific writer of Canadian historical musicals, Gord Carruth brings to life the good, the bad and the ugly about Sir John A. Mcdonald, a man with his own demons. From the Canadian Pacific Railway Scandal to the murder of Thomas D’Arcy McGee; from the trial of Louis Riel to the atrocities committed against our aboriginals, audiences will experience Canadian history for what it really is, live and in person.

The show is being held at Centrepointe Theatre for three shows only, on Thursday November 2nd to Saturday November 4th.
