The RCMP invites you to its annual Musical Ride Open House and Ottawa Food Bank Drive – Saturday, February 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The RCMP Musical Ride Open House and Ottawa Food Bank Drive has been a community tradition since 1996.
There will be plenty to see and do again this year. Visitors can tour the stables, meet the horses and riders of the world famous Musical Ride, visit a variety of displays, and see demonstrations of RCMP activities and equipment. Don’t forget to bring a camera along to capture selfies with the horses! The Mountie Shop will be open for visitors to browse our selection of official RCMP products.
Admission is free, however visitors are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or a cash donation for the Ottawa Food Bank. Through the generosity of visitors, last year’s event raised over $6,000 and approximately 4,500 pounds of food.
Parking on site is free. The Musical Ride Centre / RCMP Rockcliffe Stables are located at 1 Sandridge Road, Ottawa. That’s at the north end of St. Laurent Boulevard in Manor Park.
The stables can be accessed via OC Transpo – Route #7.
