When after a hard day, feeling lazy, just mix these ingredients together and throw in oven for just under an hour and you’re all set….and if you’re lucky you might even get leftovers to boot 😉
Here’s what you’ll need….
I can(10 3/4 oz) of Campbells Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cans (drained) of tuna
1 cup of shredded cheese
3/4 uncooked regular long grain white rice
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
Stir the soup, milk, tuna, cheese and rice into a baking dish and cover if you like. I didn’t and it turned out fine.
Bake at 350 for about 30 mins…..stir.
Sprinkle your breadcrumbs over the tuna mixture and return to oven for another 20 mins or until hot and bubbly and rice is tender.
Remove from oven and enjoy!! I know we sure did 🙂
