Do you go to flea markets? Well I do and sometimes you can come across the greatest things there.
A lot of the time, it’s what people are selling like books, dvd’s or antiques.
Other times, it’s the great things they make like salsas, jams or Funky Vinyl Art.
What the Funky what? Yes it’s too be seen to be loved and owned 🙂
I first ran into Claudette and Luc David a few years ago, in Morrisburg and the Flea Market there and their pieces of art caught my eye as I thought, what a great way to keep your fave piece of vinyl always and in a unique and different form.
They take your fave pieces or ones they find in 33 or 45 RPM form and turn it into a lamp or a purse or some other neat creation.
I ran into them last week and they’ve now hit the Byward Market to set up shop and they’ve added some new pieces that any Beatles fan would love….a gorgeous suitcase. It’s to be seen to be believed.
So if you’re shopping for a unique gift, and know a fan of vinyl, add some Funky Vinyl Art to your collection 🙂
