That was fast! It’s only been a few days since 12 young Thai soccer players and their coach were pulled from the flooded cave where they were trapped for more than two weeks, but there’s already talk of a movie about their experience. Representatives from Christian film producers Pure Flix Entertainment are already in Thailand and speaking with some of the participants in the rescue about movie rights.
The co-founder of the faith-based film company Michael Scott says he feels like he has a personal connection to the story. His wife is Thai, and he was spending the summer in Bangkok when the team went missing on June 23rd. He considers the story one that could inspire millions. (The Canadian Press)
