I first signed up for Stronger Everyday Bootcamp with my best friend Steph for her upcoming wedding just over a year ago now, Happy Anniversary to Steph and Cory 🙂 And while we tried to keep it up, life just got in the way for us both. Not to mention, to see my friend today, she is absolutely gorgeous and should be a poster for Stronger Everyday Bootcamp 🙂
I signed myself up again around Christmas with the best of intentions to stick to it and while I had great results thanks to the amazing team of Georgie, Amanda, Mike, David and Sara, well again life got in the way.
So here I go again signing up for the Spring Into Summer 6 week Bootcamp with the full intention of sticking to it. Yes one could say I’m a bit addicted to it, I mean really….the third time 😉
Seriously though, I love it for how great I feel when I’m doing it cuz as the motto says, it’s not about losing weight but about becoming Stronger Everyday. But it’s so much more than that, it’s about learning to eat right and work out right. Just look at the owner to know how well that works out, Georgie is one gorgeous fireball!!!
But again it’s more than that, you work out with some amazing people who are all there for the same reason, to just feel better. There is no competition, just meeting new friends and having some laughs along the way.
By the way some of those new friends can be any age group, Stronger Everyday Bootcamp has members from teens who play hockey and want to play better to an 85 year old guy who goes 3 times a week who sometimes challenges the trainers or so I hear 😉
See no matter your age or gender, there is something for everyone at Stronger Everyday Bootcamp……including this Jason Momoa lookalike trainer Mike 😉
