Everyone got one for Christmas and it’s all the rage!!
Are you curious about cooking with the Instant Pot, the Ottawa-invented multi-cooker everyone seems to be talking about these days?
Then join the Ottawa Public Library for an Instant Pot 101 session, part of their food literacy programming.
The Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker that has become wildly popular with home cooks and chefs. They will take the mystery out of this time-saving kitchen tool with live demonstrations given by Instant Pot chefs, followed by an audience Q&A.
There are five more classes to take part in and given limited room capacity in some branches, some of the Instant Pot demonstrations require registration.
