Madame Tussauds London has unveiled a new waxwork image of Meghan Markle as it prepares for the Royal wedding on May 19th. Her likeness sports the emerald green dress she wore for when she and Prince Harry announced their engagement last year. The waxwork has been placed beside the one of Harry, which has been updated to add a beard. The waxworks will be officially unveiled to the public on the day before the wedding. Madame Tussauds said it will offer free entry to guests named Meghan or Harry on the day of the royal wedding — but only for one day.
Meanwhile, The Royal Canadian Mint has caught royal wedding fever. In honour of the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the mint has unveiled a special $20 silver commemorative coin. The coin, designed by Ottawa artist Joel Kimmel, features the smiling couple, as well as three Swarovski crystals and a border of roses, maple leaves and scallop shells.
