Library and Archives Canada and the Ottawa International Writers Festival invite you to the launch of ‘Game Change: The Life and Death of Steve Montador, and the Future of Hockey’. From the bestselling author and Hall of Fame inductee Ken Dryden, Game Change is the story of NHL defenceman Steve Montador, who was diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) after his death in 2015. The book also discusses science and sport, and the remarkable evolution of hockey – offering a passionate remedy to counter the greatest risk to the game in the future: head injuries.
