Not all the Warriors win their battle but they do leave behind their legacy to continue the fight against the dreaded disease and the #1 cause of childhood death and that dreaded “C” word….cancer.
Gee was one of those Warriors and her amazing parents Lisa and Lyall carry on her legacy with Gee’s Gang that walks yearly in the Neon Nights For Childhood Cancer in Kemptville. Not to mention all the great events they do leading up to that in September.
They have already held their amazing Book and Bake Sale and this weekend you can join them for their 5th Annual Garage Sale For Gee’s Gang. It’s on from 8am to 2pm at 29 Clothier Street in Kemptville.
You’re bound to find all kinds of goodies as I’ve heard from Lisa that they are right full up with stuff. And who doesn’t like stuff? Really someone else’s stuff is someone else’s treasure 🙂 And when you’re helping out a great cause such as Childhood Cancer, you just can’t go wrong.
So take the drive out to Kemptville this Saturday for their huge annual yard sale with not a portion but all proceeds to Neon Night to end childhood Cancer.
There is something for everyone!! Hope to see you there 🙂
