And we like it just that way too 🙂
Rocky and the Rocky sequels are just what movies are meant to be, a guy who becomes everyone’s hero. From young to old, Sylvester Stallone created a character in Rocky Balboa that we can all cheer for, all want to be or strive to be. And now the Creed franchise might prove the same from Sly as well.
Creed 2 is set for release on November 21st of this year and Sylvester Stallone has announced 27 year old Romanian boxer Florian Munteanu to play his first ever role as Drago’s son along with Dolph Lundgren reprising his role as his Dad, Drago.
While plot details are vague, a match between Jordan and Munteanu’s characters seems highly likely as it was Munteanu’s character’s Dad was the same who killed Jordan’s character back in the ring back in Rocky IV.
The most recent “Creed,” directed by Ryan Coogler, completely revamped the Rocky series, not only grossing $110 million at the domestic box office, but also earning Stallone an Oscar nomination for his performance.
