My Stronger Everyday Bootcamp continues for one more more week with 25 Days Of Fitmas. You’d think I’d find it hard doing it this time of year and you couldn’t be more right. Christmas meals, Christmas lunches and get togethers, ugh….how is one supposed to eat?
Well leave it to Wonder Woman Georgie to know all that. Let’s start with apps shall we…..don’t order anything fried, go for the green salad. Instead of the creamy dip, ask for antipasto and skip the bread for lettuce wraps if you can. Well that was easy, let’s keep going shall we.
If you’re thirsty….regular or diet coke just don’t cut it….go with water, true, tried and trusted H20. Sweet cocktails this time of year sound good but that sugar isn’t, so try unsweetened iced tea or what Georgie told me about the other day, vodka and soda water, who knew. Red wine is also good too, but stick to one glass and drink responsibly goes without saying.
Now for your main course, pasta is a no-no, go-go with lean meat and veggies instead. Drop the pizza for salad and with protein and skip the burgers for soup and salad.
Georgie doesn’t look and feel like Georgie does cuz she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, trust me….that girl knows her stuff!!
