Talk about a cliff-hanger… and I’m not referring to a TV series. The world’s most famous crayon-maker is planning to make this year’s National Crayon Day – Friday, March 31st, one for the record books. As TIME reports, for the first time in a hundred years, Crayola is planning to retire a classic color from its 24-pack crayon box. The crayon company hasn’t confirmed which color is being killed off yet, which means that every shade is potentially on the chopping block. They’ll announce their final decision via a live stream event on Friday, which you can RSVP to on Facebook. If you feel very passionately about this, you can speak up for your favourite colour by sharing a photo with Crayola on Instagram with your favorite color and using the hashtag #ShareYourFave. I’m guessing red, yellow, blue, brown, orange, green, violet, black, and white are pretty safe. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for cerulean blue.
