It’s been a rough week of being sick with my husband’s man-cold so I’ve missed more Stronger Everyday Bootcamp and my 6 Week Challenge than I wanted to. But doesn’t mean I’m not eating the great meal plan with all it’s deliciousness that goes along with it. Best part is that they’re easy to make even if you are under the weather like I am.
Take for instance this morning’s breakfast which was so good, I wanted to share the recipe with you.
It’s the fabulous Breakfast Taco:
Cook ground beef/chicken/turkey then add a package of taco seasoning.
Once cooked add 2 tablespoons of salsa.
Add 4 eggs on top as is and add grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in oven on broil until eggs are cooked.
Top with sour cream if you like and enjoy!! I know I sure did this morning, delish! Don’t thank me, thank that smart “healthy” cookie Georgie 🙂
