The summer construction season in the capital continues. A number of projects scheduled for this week will have an impact on local traffic. Here’s a rundown:
Ottawa Regional Road 174 – Lane reductions in both directions of Ottawa Regional Road 174, between Trim Road and Quigley Hill Road, will be in place from now until this Friday, August 4 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for culvert work.
Ottawa Regional Road 174 – Ottawa Regional Road 174, between Cameron Street and Trim Road, will be closed beginning this Friday, August 4 at 10 p.m. until Monday, August 7 at noon, for private development work.
Richmond Road – Beginning today (Monday, July 31) lane reductions on Richmond Road, between Holly Acres/Nanaimo Drive and Robertson Road /Baseline Road will be in effect while MTO performs rehabilitation work on the bridge over Highway 416. The eastbound lane reduction will be in daily except during the morning peak traffic hours of 6 to 9 a.m. while the westbound lanes will be reduced throughout the work, except during the afternoon peak traffic hours of 3 to 6 p.m., until the end of August.
