A Compendium To Thousands Of Free Online University Courses

If you haven’t heard, universities around the world are offering online courses for free (or at least partially free). These courses are collectively called MOOCS or Massive Open Online Courses. In the past seven years or so, over 800 universities have created around 10,000 of these free courses.

Dhawal Shah, is the founder of the online course search engine and review site Class Central. He has compiled a list and categorized the courses into the following subjects: Computer Science, Mathematics, Programming, Data Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Education & Teaching, Health & Medicine, Business, Personal Development, Engineering, Art & Design, and finally Science.

Although the classes are free, you might have to pay for some content, like graded assignments. And if you want to receive a verified certificate proving you’ve completed the course, you’ll have to pay for that too
