In October of 2016, Princess Grace Kelly’s son, Prince Albert of Monaco, bought her childhood home in Philadelphia’s East Falls neighborhood for $755,000. Rumours swirled that he was restoring it to open it to the public as a museum but that is not the case. Saying it’s a big part of the family’s history, Prince Albert says the home will be kept for family use and offices for his foundation.Prince Albert and his cousins used family photos to restore the 2.5 story Colonial house to what it looked like when Princess Grace grew up there.
