Most tales start with “once upon a time: and end with “they all lived happily ever after” and I hope this one does too.
Once upon a time, cats just wandered the streets in search of their own food, and because they weren’t spayed or neutered, more cats came along.
Nowadays there are so many great rescue places out there that put their heart and soul and all their money into helping those furry creatures that get left behind.
It breaks my heart to think what would happen if we didn’t have these places to help, how many poor cats, or dogs would be left to fend for themselves.
Sadly it does seem to happen more often with cats . People move, they leave their cats behind…..cats accidentally get out and then get lost and the tales go on, as it were.
There is another tale to tell you about though, hopefully one with that happy ending, Furry Tales Cat Rescue ran by a lovely lady named Donna.
Donna loves her cats, just like I do which is why we get a long so well, even though we’ve never even met.
She rescues them and fosters them out and finds them forever homes but unfortunately with all that comes a cost, financially and physically.
This is where you can help to have this tale end happily with Donna getting all the help she needs financially with donations, as every little bit helps…..money or food.
And if you can spare the time to volunteer or even foster, that would go a long way in helping her out physically too, not to mention those little fur creatures.
Let’s see if we can’t have this tale end with a, and they all lived happily ever after 🙂
